"I purchased a Correspondence Course"

While we do not collect any personal information on this website, our 3rd party provider, 1ShoppingCart, does, and we can access that information. We do not store it in any other way and access is only provided so that we may fulfill an order, and/or refund an order, and/or contact you about your course. Although 1ShoppingCart securely stores your name and e-mail address we are ultimately responsible for maintaining your data.

"I purchased an Online Course"

Online courses are purchased through 1ShoppingCart and your information is used and collected the same as a Correspondence Course.

We utilize Moodle software and aMember to manage your online account. Moodle and aMember are maintained on a 3rd party server with EduTech Leaders. However The School of Natural Healing is ultimately responsible for your data. The School of Natural Healing contracts with EduTech Leaders to assist us in keeping your data secure and to maintain our online courses.

We only use the information provided to fulfill an order, and/or refund an order, and/or contact you about your course.

We may also send you course related email announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if your course is nearing an end, we send you an email. Moodle also sends e-mails when you have completed assignments. You do not have an option to opt out of these emails, which are not promotional in nature.

Use of Credit Card Information

If you make a purchase and provide us credit card information, we use it solely to process the transaction and collect payment from you. We use a third-party provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

Retention of Information

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We post customer testimonials on our website, which may contain personal information. We do obtain our Clients' consent to post their name along with their testimonial via email prior to posting the testimonial on our website. However, if you wish to request the removal of your testimonial, please contact us.
